The DMV Goodyear Racing Days made a stop at the Nürburgring, transforming the historic track into a stage for thrilling motorsport. With a top-notch field of competitors and numerous racing series, spectators were treated to a diverse race weekend.
A highlight was the 500-kilometer race of the DMV NES GP, which conveyed a true endurance racing atmosphere with strategic pit stops and driver changes. Pure sprint action was guaranteed by the DMV BMW Challenge, including the new DMV BMW M2 Cup, as well as the DMV BMW 318ti Cup, which regularly produced the closest finishes of the weekend. The DMV Polo Cup also made a guest appearance in the Eifel and impressed with thrilling wheel-to-wheel duels.
The DMV Classic Masters competed alongside the Alfa Romeo Challenge and the Pfister-Racing Touring Car Challenge, creating a diverse field of historic race cars. A visual and auditory highlight was the YTCC (Youngtimer Touring Car Challenge) from the Netherlands, which provided nostalgic moments with exotic cars and legends from the 1960s to the 1990s. The Porsche Club Historic Challenge was also represented as a guest series, showcasing the full spectrum of motorsports from Zuffenhausen—from the classic 911 and Cayman to various GT3 models.
