With the current season still in full swing at the Nürburgring, the race track and event location is already giving a preview of the coming year. From international highlights to event exotics and from motorsport to entertainment, the 2025 calendar once again promises the unique Nürburgring mix. A current overview: Exciting motorsport highlights in the Green HellNaturally, the world's longest permanent race track is also characterised by an attractive motorsport calendar in 2025. Particularly popular with fans: endurance motorsport on the Nordschleife. The highlight is the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring, which will once again put man and machine to the ultimate test from 19 to 22 June 2025 and promise a gigantic motorsport party together with tens of thousands of fans. As usual, the ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) will kick off the motorsport year. After the first race on 22 March, eight more race days will follow until October, each of which usually falls on a Saturday. Only on 13 and 14 September are two race days scheduled on one weekend for the NLS and therefore also the only race Sunday in the series. The dates of the Nürburgring Rundstrecken Challenge (RCN) are another Nordschleife format on the calendar. Regularity and performance tests offer popular sport from road-legal to race-ready vehicles. From GT3 to XXL: thrilling motorsport from racing cars to race trucksFans of thrilling motorsport will once again get their money's worth on the Grand Prix circuit. The giants of motorsport will compete against each other on the sprint version of the International ADAC Truck Grand Prix from 10 - 13 July. Every year, the event delights visitors with a family-friendly concept of motorsport, festival, colourful paddock and trade fair. Included in the supporting programme: the ADAC GT Masters. The Fanatec GT World Challenge (29 - 31 August) and the Porsche Sports Cup (30 May - 1 June) will feature high-quality racing cars from the world's best-known automotive brands. The Nürburgring Drift Cup, which will host its first round on 26 and 27 April, and GRIP - the motor event that will attract the tuning community to the Eifel on 6 July, are also high on horsepower and, above all, action-packed drifting. The date for the DTM at the Nürburgring has already been finalised. However, fans will have to wait a little longer before the announcement. Motorbike service and racing on two wheelsSpeaking of motorbikes: after returning to the Nürburgring this year, the International Motorcycle Championship (IDM) is also on the calendar for the coming season. From 5 to 7 September, the series will kick off with thrilling two-wheel racing. There will be impressive pictures of thousands of motorbikes off the racing line at the ‘Anlassen’ motorbike service on 27 April. One of the highlights of the programme: the joint parade around the legendary Nordschleife. Diverse indoor events: entertainment away from the racetrackThe Nürburgring also continues to see a steady increase in events away from the tarmac. And so the 2025 season in the Green Hell starts and ends with indoor events throughout the year. The International Rhine Shiai Karate Tournament will kick off the season on the second weekend in January, while the German Carnival Garda Dance Championship will be the event finale in December. Both events will take place in the ring°arena, as will two cheerleading competitions on 15 and 16 February and the ‘Darts am Ring’ gala in March. The latter is set to become the undisputed fan magnet in the indoor calendar with over 3,000 fans expected. The exact date for the flying darts event will be announced shortly. Further music and entertainment formats at the Nürburgring venues are also scheduled for next year. Comedy at NightWash live, the Nürburgring Family Day and a colourful afternoon at the Disney Channel cinema have been decided for 2025 and will soon be added to the calendar.

The Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship race offered fans an exciting mix of trade fair, music and festival in addition to thrilling motorsport. Mostly sunny Eifel weather, thrilling motorsport and a varied entertainment program: the 37th International ADAC Truck Grand Prix attracted 130,000 truck fans to the Nürburgring this weekend. Like no other event, the Truck Grand Prix combines the possibilities of the legendary Eifel circuit. In addition to thrilling racing on the shortened Grand Prix circuit and one of the largest commercial vehicle trade fairs, the Müllenbachschleife once again hosted a music festival with country and party music, including fireworks."The spectator response shows that our new concept of motorsport, trade fair and festival was a complete success. Truck racing: Kiss dominates the European Championship racesThe first of four European Championship races at the Nürburgring was won by Hungarian Norbert Kiss. Jochen Hahn crossed the finish line just under five seconds later. Local hero Sascha Lenz completed the podium in third place. Stefanie Halm won the second race ahead of Hahn and Kiss. The gaps here were much smaller: all three finished within just one and a half seconds of each other. The ADAC GT Masters will come of age in 2024 and interest in the 18th season of the series is already high. The competition from Italy and England in the ADAC GT Masters includes Audi, BMW, Lamborghini, Mercedes-AMG and Porsche. Further entries for the ADAC GT Masters are still possible until March 15th. Excitement right to the end in the sixth race of the ADAC GT Masters season: Benjamin Hites (CHL) and Marco Mapelli (I) rejoiced over their first success of the season at the Nürburgring. The duo leads the championship with the Porsche 911 GT3 R at the halfway point of the season. Optimal conditions for a motorsport festival in the Eifel: On Sunday afternoon, the ADAC GT Masters drivers took to the grid in sunshine and 21 degrees Celsius. On the packed grandstands, more than 130,000 visitors to the ADAC Truck Grand Prix enjoyed thrilling racing in the ADAC GT Masters at the weekend. Pole setter Mapelli turned into the first corner of the 3.629 kilometre long traditional circuit in the lead. Mapelli remained wide awake until the mandatory pit stop and didn't let Wittmann's pressure rattle him. After the late driver change, Hites took the first win of the season for Gottfried Grasser's racing team from Austria. Second place behind the winners went to Holzem and Wittmann. The BMW duo fought a thrilling duel with the crew of the Grasser Lamborghini over the entire 60-minute race distance. "It's great to go home with second place. In the first part of the race I tried to close the gap to the Lamborghini in front of me by setting fast lap times. It wasn't quite enough for victory, but we can live super well with this successful weekend in our first outing in the ADAC GT Masters," analysed two-time DTM champion Wittmann. With third place, Müller as well as ADAC Sports Foundation protégé Gehrsitz scored important points for the championship and they are now in first place in the standings. "After the difficult Saturday, the podium is a real relief for us. I had a fair duel with Marco at the start, that was motorsport at the highest level. It's nice to lead the championship now at the halfway point. In the second half of the season we want to keep scoring points. That will be the key to success until the last race," Müller explained. Fourth place was secured by the two Porsche drivers Tim Zimmermann (Langenargen) and Jaxon Evans (NZ/both Huber Racing). Fifth place rewarded Schnitzelalm Racing for a strong guest appearance in the ADAC GT Masters. Colin Caresani (NL) and Marcel Marchewicz (Schwetzingen) piloted the Mercedes-AMG GT3 from eighth place into the top five. Eduardo Coseteng (PHL) and Ben Green (GB/both Schubert Motorsport) saw the chequered flag in sixth place in the BMW M4 GT3. Seventh was the Lamborghini duo of Maximilian Paul (Dresden) and Simon Connor Primm (Großschirma/both Paul Motorsport). The Mercedes-AMG drivers and Saturday's winner Salman Owega (Cologne) and Elias Seppänen (FIN) from Landgraf Motorsport were the eighth-best driver pairing. The youth kept their cool in the fifth race of the ADAC GT Masters: 18-year-old Salman Owega (Cologne) and Elias Seppänen (19/FIN) celebrated their second victory in a week at the Nürburgring thanks to a strong overtaking manoeuvre at the start. In the Landgraf Motorsport Mercedes-AMG GT3, the winners left their rivals no chance and drove to their second win of the season with a comfortable 15-second lead. "It was still raining just before the start, but we decided to use slicks anyway. The changing conditions suited me very well. After I took the lead at the hairpin, I was able to quickly open up a gap. After that I especially avoided the wet curbs and didn't want to take too much risk. Elias then completed the win perfectly in the second section of the race," said Owega. Second place went to Alain Valente (CHE) and Ralf Aron (EST/both Haupt Racing Team) in another Mercedes-AMG. The podium was completed by Maximilian Paul (Dresden) and Simon Connor Primm (Großschirma) in the Paul Motorsport Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo after a highly exciting final phase. Shortly before the start of the race on Saturday afternoon, a rain shower along the 3.629-kilometre traditional circuit provided an additional element of suspense in the ADAC GT Masters. Under cloudy skies and temperatures of 22 degrees Celsius, Owega proved his nerve on the partly still wet circuit in the Eifel and took the lead shortly after the start in turn one. The spectators in the full grandstands formed a strong backdrop at the ADAC Truck Grand Prix and were delighted to see gripping motorsport. Owega quickly built up a comfortable lead and, in the lead, handed over to his team-mate Seppänen at the mandatory pit stop. The Mercedes-AMG driver then saw the chequered flag in first place. With one race to go, the Landgraf duo took the lead in the standings. Second-placed Valente laid the foundation for his first podium success in the ADAC GT Masters with his good start. Starting from eighth place, the 26-year-old gradually fought his way to the front. A late pit stop saw his team-mate Aron turn back onto the former Formula 1 circuit in second place and bring the Mercedes-AMG GT3 home in that position. "It was pretty tight in the first corner and I kept out of the chaos. That allowed me to make up positions. We opted for a late pit stop, unlike the teams in front of us. The strategy paid off in full," Valente explained. The fight for third place became a nail-biter for Paul Motorsport in the final laps. After ADAC GT Masters debutant Primm drove permanently in the top three with the Lamborghini, final driver Paul withstood the constant pressure from Marco Wittmann (Fürth/Project 1) and rewarded himself with the podium. "At the beginning of my stint I wanted to move up to second place. However, I lacked a bit of top speed. That's why I decided to defend third place. The last laps in the duel with Marco were really fun and I'm happy to take home the trophy," reported Lamborghini Junior Paul.
